For (3), you need to watch the console of your server and provide screenshots or a log (if you watch it via ipmiconsole or ipmitool or similar). You can also set kernel parameters in MAAS if you need to enable the console: https://docs.ubuntu.com/maas/2.1/en/installconfig-kernel
