According to ISO 8601, first week in a year is a week that contains Thursday (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_week_date see 'First week' section). Please note that in my printout Po is Monday, Ce is Thursday and Sijecanj 2015 is January 2015. Therefore, first week in a year was not the first week that contained Thursday.
