We closed this particular bug, because it is impossible to debug the issue with so many comments from so many user with varying hardware configurations...especially when some post saying they have no problem. We aren't ignoring the issue (it's quite the opposite), we'd prefer you (and anyone else with this problem) to open a new bug following Andy's guidance in comment #92 for _your_ specific issue, so that we can track them all here...but resolve them faster, by being able to focus on each issue separately. Now we could get lucky, fix one or two issues, and the others are resolved to, but there's no way we can know that until we look at each case individually....as there could be any number of things causing this bug, from cd drive manufacturer type, connection type, motherboard, bios, etc.
