I tested this on maverick i386 (with maverick proposed), bluedevil package version is 1.0~rc4-0ubuntu2.1

My locale has LANG=pl_PL.UTF-8

sudo apt-get install language-pack-kde-pl bluedevil
bluedevil-wizard (text corrupted slightly, not translated)
bluedevil-monolithic ("tray" icon, not translated)

So it's not fixed yet.
