When trying to import a 13238 songs collection from the ~/Music folder into Banshee, it hangs using 3 CPUs of 4 on a i5 680 quad-core 3.6 GHz system.
It imports fine until it reaches somewhere around 7000 songs, then it hangs for a few minutes turningf gray, it resumes until reaching 10893 songs, then resumes again and keeps hanging occasionally, increasingly often.
I am attaching two screenshots, running Natty (64 bit) with all updates.
