It seems systemd actually supports restarting oneshot services now, so any options for timestamps will be removed (anything other than 0 will behave as always), and systemd timers will have to be configured via drop-ins instead. Finally.
That said, it seems a bit late for focal now.
Hmm, yeah, I guess that works, because we then take the date in UTC and compare that.
