Comment 20 for bug 1445239

i already get rid of this issue. i tried many things including auto remove
apt.....now this /var/lib/apt/lists/partial file receives some file while i
make some update, but after update the new files are removed by itself. I
dont know which app is doing this activity.. Please make a query to an
expert.
