Same issue here.

Very confusing to the submitter as to what has happened.
I suspected it was a temporary dummy-spit from Launchpad and was considering resubmitting as a natural reaction.

I'd like to be able to track the duplicate obviously in case I can provide some useful test info when the Fix is committed.
