Today 07 June 2014, I installed Fedora 20 Mate and tested audio.

Audio is perfect no glitch, volume slider jump, no bug !!!!!

So, this is a bug with ubuntu based OS and people here don't care.

So I say good bye to this Ubuntu.

Readers, if you get the same, you know the solution.
