Thanks to Benzodiaz from ubuntuforums(no help from launchpad) it came to my knowledge which the fix for this already existed since january of this year; being only unused and hidden. Alsa supported codec models for cirrus document was not updated taking in account this 2012 cirrus new model, neither the documentation on ubuntu itself.
