#14 this bug is about 11.04, see Bug Description.

10.04 Lucid uses "-o filenames" (/etc/bash_completion:1529). It is OK.
10.10 Maverick uses "-o filenames" (/etc/bash_completion:1540). It is OK.
11.04 Natty uses "-o default" (/etc/bash_completion:1587). It is not OK. It is a bug, great bug!
