I would just like to add that IME the issues with 2.9.2 is a LOT worse than just problems with scrolling. When I open docs created in 2.86 and try to fix everything that is wrongly positioned and whatnot, 2.9.2 keeps crashing on me every 5 minutes. That makes 2.9.2 compleately unusable for me.
