The 'Running Apps' section in Quicklists Editor seems to stick in the place I chose, even after restarting. But on the Unity launcher, running apps do not follow the position I chose.

The others, 'Devices' and 'Workspace Switcher', seem to work.

I chose 2nd position from the top, in the Quicklists Editor for 'Running Apps'.
