I back the other one, if I wanted my yputube videos to pause while doing stuff Id use the youtube app without keeping it running in background using ubuntu tweak tool.

Know thats another option though, if you want to listen to videos of any forum you can keep apps awfrom sleeping using ubuntu tweak tool.
