Yeah, we're still missing the Libvirt part of this feature/fix that will use the new QEMU APIs to enhance dompmsuspend behavior.
I'll do a best effort to see if I can get patches in the Libvirt mailing list before Feb 21st, which I believe it's the feature freeze for 19.04. Not sure if we can get them accepted upstream by that date though.
