We have the qemu bits in Ubuntu 19.04 now, but I have not heard of any libvirt bits yet.
Furthermore an SRU makes no sense yet as the qemu changes alone won't fix the overall case.
Therefore I'm unassigning myself until there are clear next steps to take.
