If i drag and Drop a Picture like from Google Search, onto the Desktop on Mate i get over all GFX issues, like White Bars, Black Bars, i can not drag and move Windows anymore, functionality is just broken and i don't get rid of it after Lock the Session and Login again.
i can open the termin and write in it.
I don't know if this can be a security Issue, to not have proper Access to the Desktop or Functionality after just a Pictures comes to the Desktop.
Or it is just an GFX-Card implementation Issue
