I seem to have the same problem. after upgrading to intrepid from hardy, my Eee PC 900 takes over 3 minutes to boot.. I will post boot charts from the 2.6.27-8-eeepc kernel, and the 2.6.27.8-eeepc-lean kernel. Note that the lean kernel makes a negligible difference. I am not certain if this is an issue of the kernel or the upgrade process.
