Thank you for advice.

I tried installing Ubuntu 23.04 to Intel NVMe-SSD.

Environment
DesktopPC
CPU: Intel Core i5 12600k
GPU: Intel UHD GRAPHICS 770
Memory: 16GB CT2K8G4DFRA32A
Mather-board: PRIME B660M-A D4
Wi-Fi Dongle: WLI-UC-GNM2 (Wi-Fi4 Only)
Storage :
 1 SATA-SSD 240GB Kingston (Ubuntu 22.10)
 2 NVMe-SSD 512GB Intel (I used it for backup. Not installed OS)

Step
1 Download Ubuntu23.04(GNOME) from https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop
2 Write .iso file to USB Memory of 8GB to use “GNOME Disks”
3 Boot from USB memory which was made of Step2.
4 Select “Try or Install Ubuntu“ on GRUB.
5 Click 日本語 (Japanese) on chose your language dialog and click “Next”
6 Click “Ubuntuをインストール”(Install Ubuntu) and click “Next”.
7 Select 日本語 (Japanese) on keyboard layout and click “Next”.
8 Select “Wi-Fiネットワークに接続する”(Connect Wi-Fi Network) and Select my Access Point and connect it to use WPS and Click “Next”
9 Select “おすすめのアプリもインストールする”(Install recommended App) and Select “グラフィックスとWi-Fi機器用のサードパーティ製ソフトウェアをインストールする”(Install third-party software for graphics and Wi-Fi devices) and ”追加のメディアフォーマット用のサポートをダウンロードしてインストールする” (Download and install support for additional media formats) and click “Next”.
10 Choose “ディスクを削除してUbuntuをインストールする”(Remove the disk and install Ubuntu) and Click “Next“.
11 Select nvme0n1 and Click “インストール”(Install)
12 Click “インストール” again on next page.
13 Select “Tokyo” of Timezone and click “Next”.
14 Enter user-name device-name password and not select auto login and Click “Next”.
15 Select “Light” and click “Next”.

I waited installation but it stopped on step “File Copying”.
Terminal was displayed this message.
