Bug Description
The response to requests on rt.ubuntu.com is very slow. I think it can be better if the community council started to handle it, but not sure if this can happen.
ex: someone requested his data to be deleted ASAP, 11 days ago now: https:/
I only worry about locos' requests because faster response can make them much comfortable with global being.

Mailing list hosting is provided by Canonical for the Ubuntu project, so Canonical IS has to be the ones who handle these type of requests. If you are having a serious problem with Canonical IS not responding we (the Community Council) can see what we can do.
You can join #canonical-sysadmin with a ticket number to request status, but on the technical side it's worth noting that deleting things from mailman archives is notoriously difficult and most mailing list admins simply won't do it, so requests may take some time.
