Base colours in <http://design.ubuntu.com/wp-content/uploads/ubuntu-colour-tints.png> doesn't follow the specification in <http://design.ubuntu.com/brand/colour-palette>!!!!

I have reported this as a bug, and emailed the administrators about it.
