I am not sure if this is a bug. The tests for 0.2 were meant to be
done by as many people as possible, and your report does not meant
that a test failed, that the viewer misbehaves, but that you are not
able to perform this test, and thus you are not able to confirm
whether it's working or not. This is definitely not a bug in the
accomplishments system, but (maybe) in tests design, yet since 0.2 has
been already released, I think we won't go back to fix the tests to
make them possible to be executed by everyone (especially considering
that the test were not necessarily meant to be performed by everyone
possible).
