In theory, https://blueprints.launchpad.net/trove/+spec/datastore-registration-api includes a method to delete datastore versions (implemented in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/195153/7), though possibly not via the unified OpenStack CLI, nor documented fully. Caveat: untested ;)
