Comment 1 for bug 1973043

The current master promotion is 5 days old and is being held due to https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1973038.

The suspicion is that we need updated containers from https://quay.io/repository/centos/centos?tab=tags&tag=stream9 ( a new version was uploaded 2 days ago).

Trying workaround to remove those packages in the initial deploy process and shell and run the rpm -e command to clean up deps.
