I agree. The diff between a passing and failing job looks like this: https://www.diffchecker.com/lB49bGQZ instack-undercloud and puppet-tripleo are the only likely candidates, and the puppet-tripleo change that merged today had passed ci. The instack-undercloud change never even had an ovb job run on it.
