Ubuntu One sync service was shut down long ago, and it seems also tomboy-online was already shut down. Therefore there does not exist any note sync server behind your url.
You need to have a Rainy or Snowy server to be able to sync your notes. You can host such a server yourself: http://dynalon.github.io/Rainy/#!index.md

Next time, please open a new bug report - this one was already closed long ago!
