I don't like that idea. No matter which format you prefer, my sense is that most
users use that prefered format 95% of the time, and that changing the format is
often an isolated occurrence. If I want to write one email in html, that doesn't
mean that I want my next email html as well. I still want TB to remember my
preference for plain text.
