I tried with Tacker 0.9.0 and the issue is till there. Adding some details.

I had an error (network name) in the VNFD and the deployment got stuck, then I tried to delete and it's pending forever.

vnf-list shows the VNF with status PENDING_DELETE
But, vnf-delete results in error - VNF couldn't be found.
