I uninstalled three programs (My-Weather-Indicator, Spotify, System Monitor) and went into the Notifications panel, all three remained with options, no way to remove.

Problem started after updating System Settings pane 12/22/14.

Along with this issue the System Settings randomly launches Ubuntu System Settings or elementary.

One moment I am in elementary settings next I am in Ubuntu and it's changing my core settings on elementary.
