Bug Description

In the Bootloader plugin, the file browser dialog should start in the directory containing the .HEX files.

should be an easy fix to have the dialog box start in
/opt/ros/shadow/shadow_robot_ethercat/sr_external_dependencies/compiled_firmware/released_firmware
