Bug Description
Add an interface into the GUI to help with bootloading the motor boards.
Features:
--------------
* View current set of SVN revision numbers on all motors.
* View available revision of HEX file in repository.
* Interface tells you whether the full test suite has been run using this version of the host driver, and this version of the bootloader.
* Bootload one or more motor boards.
* Bootload all motor boards.
