I always fallback to a single search bar approach... But for such a thing we
would need:
* tags per material (either mantained by us or open)
* redefine our presentation of translated material (important anyway - we
need a Canonical presentation for every single one
For marketing campaings we need to talk with the adverts team as they are
making progress way beyond what we ever have.
