Get Material overview should allow more filtering options

Bug Description

I found myself wanting to filter materials by "source".

If a material has sources we should either make it visible (a little icon ) or just add a sorting criteria for source types (images, pdf, other editable types).

This bug relates somehow to the search field bug related bug #285150 and the image source related bug #296237

Check those while fixing this one!

Source is now required, so there shouldn't be much of a point to filtering whether or not it has source.

I don't think we have a way of filtering extension, nor would it accurate because archives are allowed, which can contain any/all of them.

If you cna come up with any other filtering options, there are plenty to choose from.

Is "license" a good filter or not? I can't really imagine the typical user using it.

Well i am not sure this approach is right. Let me explain:

I just found a picture (is Ubuntu for you?) and let me tell you what I had to do to share it in SU:

1 I go to share
2 Fill in all necessary data
3 Try to upload by Just using the image tas (bth with the same image, as in the same archive uploaded)
4 I am told that i need a source
5 I make a GZ file of the big image
6 I make a smaller PNG file of the original JPG
7 I upload it succesfully

I believe that it has marketing value for many people, even if the source is not present, because it can either:

1 generate the source eventually showing up
2 People using the *high resolution* image

Thus, *Source* should NOT be a requirement, just a recommended option.

And this gets me back to my point: I want to see material that has a source so I can change it.

I can still materials that don't have the source, because I have permission to do so, but it's a matter of practicality basically. So being able to identify the usable material in that context is worthwhile.

Licence could become an issue if people start pushing us for CC-BY-NC for instance. there's lots of material out there that can be used for community matters, as long as it is not for commercial uses.

The Licence search should be an option as well in that context. But it depends what kind of pragmatical choice we are willing to make. Technically it is just a matter of adding a couple of dropdown menues really.

What do you think?

perhaps we need a second "get" view that has almost any filtering option imaginable.

The source one is difficult because i don't think that there is a way to filter whether or not it has a source file. It shouldn't be too hard to do, but I also find myself extremely strongly wanting source.

Materials without source cannot be translated or tweaked for specific purposes.

Since I removed the "User's" from the language selection, there is quite a bit more room now. Does anyone want any more filtering options?

I would add some more, but nobody has any ideas on what else would be a good thing to filter.
