There no menu option to access software-properties-gtk in Xubuntu 10.10. Before learning what the package name and command is for software-properties-gtk, the only way I know to access it was through Synaptic, and going that route was rather inconvenient. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if the removal of the path was intentional. If it is a bug, then instructions in xubuntu-docs will need to be changed and maybe software-properties-gtk and/or xfce4-panel would handle adding the path to the menu. And if this is not a bug, well, I've learned something new today.
