Comment 3 for bug 1588021

I'll mark this as confirmed for the review tools but they are going to need store side help to feed the expected name into the tools since the name is valid and it is the store that enforces the publisher be appended with clicks. This should probably be done in the non-review-tools portions of the checks though...
