Oh great.
So 18.04 Bionic is going EOL shortly.
So forced to upgrade to Focal.
I had snaps disabled. Because they a) don't work on our desktops b) I am not a stupid user who needs to be treated like an idiot and c) are awful bloatware
I had no idea that when I upgraded to Focal I would be forced to use snaps - I thought it was from Jellyfish, but it seems it is insisting on doing it for Chromium - and cups as well. Joy. So can't print either, which has now hung my desktop as I don't use a standard /home.

Oh thank you Canonical. And Ubuntu devs. 7 years and still not fixed.
Last straw. We can't put up with this amateur nonsense.
