Hi Marcin,
Sergio just moved over the issue from snapcraft to snapd.
That said, I'm not sure there's much we can do about this. We have strict permissions enforced via apparmor which depend on things being on the correct place.
Have you tried to bind-mount your home instead of symlinking it?
