Multi-mechanize should be installed in our standard dev environment, so that it can easily run a project from the branch. Ideally we'll provide a Django command or fabric target that will run the load test suite, by default against a locally running dev server but optionally against a remote host. When running locally it should also fire up the dev server, and kill the server properly when finished.
