Bug Description

quickly currently invokes "dpkg-buildpackage" through subprocess. bzr builddeb provides the same functionality (and more) as a python module, it would be nice to call out to it instead.

It's functionality is currently hidden away in a rather large cmd_builddeb.run method. This functionality should probably be refactored into something that can be called more easily from quickly.

quickly is no longer using bzrlib but invoking bzr through subprocess, so I don't see a reason why it would want to behave differently for bzr-builddeb.
