Request such as http://ip:9696/v2.0/lb/health_monitors.json?fields=id&name=blabla
returns all healthmonitors.
As a result, when using cli lb-healthmonitor-update and if there is just 1 monitor it gets updated even if it's id is specified incorrectly.
