Further use cases:
* Filter specific words to try to avoid mention about certain events (e.g. big sporting events that you're not going to watch until later)
* Filter specific words to remove the drivel from someone's feed (e.g. an auto-tweeting feed that keeps posting links from a site that you can't stand the editorial quality on, but the other tweets can be useful)
* Filter specific client apps that only generate junk tweets (e.g. ignoring tweets from people who insist on using paper.li, but also post interesting stuff)
