Hi Rico. I have Plank 0.11.4-2 installed on Xubuntu 18.04. I wish to disable hover over tooltips as outlined above. I have dconf editor 3.28.0-1 installed. This doesn't work anymore, this section of dconf editor has a different window now without the checkbox options like before:

"@jason: It is not exposed in the gui. You can easily use dconf-editor or gsettings to change it.

e.g. "gsettings set net.launchpad.plank.dock.settings:/net/launchpad/plank/docks/dock1/ tooltips-enabled false"

What is the alternative now ?
