this problem is already known and I opened a Wine bug report about half a year ago: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36230

Seems like nobody is interested in implementing this in Wine and there is also no easy workaround by using any native dlls. I therefore doubt that this bug is going to be fixed any time soon.
