Comment 0 for bug 1629894

Hello everyone.
I had secondary language - ru-Ru. It creates some problems with using system: When I switch language, sometimes, I can't use keyboard shortcut like "Ctrl+Shift+N" for creating folder, or even "Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V".
Second problem with keyboard switch combination. I prefer to use Alt+Shift. This combination selected as default in OS settings, but I still may use "LShift+RShift" combination for switching language.
Third problem comes from previous, as I think: Caps lock indicator. I can't find setting for switch off it's blinking after I change language.

Maybe some of my packages are broken, and I shall uninstall it? Packages list in attachment.
