Bug Description
It's impossible to go above 56% through scrolling on volume. It is possible to rise it after clicking (and showing the slider), however without that, 56% is the limit.
To reproduce go under 56% (in any way) and try to get back up above (but only through scrolling without showing the slider).
Some info about the system: Maverick, Panflute r554, Rhythmbox

That is bizarre. I almost want to say this is a bug in the underlying widget, since the only thing Panflute does in response to a volume change is propagate it to the backend player. It doesn't even distinguish between the different ways of setting the volume (slider v. mouse scroll). I have no idea what would cause this to happen, or why it would get stuck at 56% of all places, without diving into the source code.
