To reproduce:
- activate debug mode before deploying a task => vim tripleo-heat-installer-templates/puppet/services/nova-base.yaml
- be sure to have the nova cache activated in the config => tripleo-heat-installer-templates/standalone_parameters.yaml
- deploy the stack by using ./nuke.sh and ./deploy.sh
- observe the log file => /var/log/paunch.log
