To reproduce:
- activate debug mode before deploying a task =>
- be sure to have the nova cache activated in the config =>
- deploy the stack by using ./nuke.sh and ./deploy.sh
- observe the log file =>

We also encountered the following podman bug => https://github.com/containers/libpod/issues/2240
when we try to replay the "podman run --name nova_cellv2_discover_hosts" who try to register services.
