Bug Description
When using "load dds textures in preference to ace" dds isnt substituting ace files that are located in the envfiles folder. My little video demonstrates this. Mayb not be a bug since using msts environments are a wip, but I thought Id share just in case.

These texture loadings don't run through SharedTextureMa nager.Get method, which would substitute the textures by DDS ones. Rather the .ace texture is getting loaded directly. I think this is because it is still a work in progress.
