Currently, not every oq-engine output type is supported. We can distinguish two cases:
1) The outputs are transferred from oq-engine and shown as a geoserver layer but the style should be reviewed
2) The outputs are not even transferred to icebox
That is the current situation by output-type
Case 1):
HazardMap, HazardCurve, SES, AggregateLossCurve, AggregateLoss, BCRDistribution, LossCurve, LossMap,
Case 3):
CollapseMap, DamageDistribut
DisaggResult, UHS, EventLoss, LossFraction
GMF, GMF Scenario
