I recently updated to openstack base #75, and this affects me specifically when creating a volume from an image, e.g. creating a volume from the Ubuntu focal cloud image.
The message "schedule allocate volume:Could not find any available weighted backend. "
I can however create normal volumes and they work fine.
I can create a volume from image on openstack base #70 and #73.
I have tried fresh & clean deploys with focal multiple times and have adapted osd-devices. I can replicate the issue.
